Where Do You Ship From?
We ship from Bulgaria (EU).
Where Do You Ship To?
We ship primarily to countries in Europe. If you don’t see a delivery option for your country, don’t worry! You can contact us at rosesanctuaryeu@gmail.com and we will arrange a delivery to you.
Do I Need To Pay Customs Duties?
If you reside within the European Union, you won’t have to pay customs duties. For shipments outside the EU, local authorities may apply customs duties upon arrival of your package.
Do You Issue VAT Invoices?
Yordan Grigorov, the sole operator of this website and the person behind the name “Rose Sanctuary”, is not registered for VAT under Bulgarian or EU tax law. As a result:
- No VAT is charged on any purchases made through this website.
- No VAT invoices can be issued.

Where Do The Items In The Shop Come From?
We carefully select independantly produced Tarot and Oracle decks from outside the European Union and import them in Bulgaria. Each deck is bought directly from the deck creator and has guaranteed authenticity.
Our Poems are written and handcrafted by us in our home in Sofia.
What Are The Shipping And Delivery Times?
Rose Sanctuary is a passion project of ours in addition to our full-time jobs. We pack and post every order within 3 working days, wherever it goes. After we post it, delivery takes:
- Bulgaria (domestic): 2–4 working days
- Greece, North Macedonia, Romania, Serbia, Turkey: 4–7 working days
- Europe: 4–7 working days
- Rest of world: 7–14 working days

If we are on vacation, this will be communicated on our website and the corresponding processing time will be updated.
Do You Accept Returns?
If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 14 days to return the product from the date of receiving it.

What Can I Do If My Order Has Arrived Damaged?
We prepare each order with care but sometimes damages occur in the delivery process. If there have been any damages to the product you have received, we will find a solution for you.

Preorders And In-Stock Items
If your order includes both in-stock and preorder items, everything will be shipped together once the preorder is ready. To receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order.
